The pasta sauce was not tasty and the cheese they surved, which according to them is Parmesan(Parmigiano-Reggiano), was not Parmesan at all. “ Great atmosphere, great staff, going out of their way to accommodate us no Spanish speaking folk. Food was decent and great that they offer gluten free. However the carbonara pizza I ordered would benefit from not having an egg cooked directly in the middle (it was dry and overcooked), perhaps mix the eggs in a bottle and drizzle it on post bake for an even runny yolk texture and taste. I could taste the quality of the ingredients and dough was lovely. ”
